It has three concentric rings of flame: The outer ring is 24 inches in diameter, the middle ring is 16 inches, and the inner ring is 8 inches. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so the heat can be adjusted where and when its needed. This burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire pan.
